Web3 Networking Opportunity!

Welcome back to NFToday!

Back at it again with the four-part series!

While this guide may not be as long as the previous guides, it's still an essential aspect of networking!

The number of opportunities you'll make through just a few phone calls is incomprehensible! Yet, that goes without saying.

Rather than list the numerous benefits you could receive, I'll do you one better! Here are some of the opportunities I was able to secure through a simple, 30-minute phone call.

1. Near the start of NFToday, I hopped on a call with @danteano (the same Dante mentioned on day one of the four-part guides). As the call came to a close, we figured it'd be an excellent opportunity to give away some whitelist spots via NFToday. Not only was I presented the opportunity to bring free value to my subs, but Dante was also given an opportunity to get some mints.

2. About a month ago, I hopped on a call with @nickybz. After 15 minutes of spitting ideas, I genuinely thought I was talking to a duplicate version of myself. Our values, motivations, and perspectives were dead similar, so much to the point that we've decided to go into business together! More information to come!

3. About a month half ago, I summarized Vitalik Buterin's Soul Bound Token blog post into a digestible Twitter thread. The thread did relatively well, as it went on to catch the likes of @Alphageek79. A few tweets turned into some DMs and a scheduled call. After hearing his web3 intentions, I was blown away by the value he was able to provide. I, of course, offered to help in any way; in return, he provided me a dedicated newsletter channel in his coveted discord community. Not only does this help Paul (AlphaGeek's IRL name) provide free value to his community, it gives me a brand new set of eyes!

Occasionally you'll get some bad apples, but networking truly is one of the rare things in life that have little to no downside with VERY high upside potential.

• Calling someone has little to zero downside

• Calling someone has an unlimited amount of upside

• It might be nerve-racking, but after 2-3 calls you'll be good to go!
