Wanted to give a quick shoutout to two incredible accounts!

The first is @CoLabsLLC, a great group of web3 innovators attempting to simplify the complications that come along with starting an NFT project. Everything from smart contract development, artwork, websites, minting pages, IP licensing, and more. I hopped on an hour-long space with them and couldn't agree more with their values and vision. Good luck, guys; keep killing it!

Rugrats, Fairly OddParents, Jimmy Neutron, you name it, I watched it...RELIGIOUSLY. 

Two days ago, a new Nickelodeon NFT Twitter account emerged out of nowhere, featuring this incredible nostalgia-inspired box TV teaser. The teaser showcases hints of slime, old graphics, and a caption that reads,

"The 90s called. They want your attention back. If you're reading this… you're early."

While it's hard to assume the TV network's sitcoms like iCarly and Drake and Josh will be featured among the collection, Nickelodeon has a long list of iconic, animated IPs to choose from.

Regardless, I couldn't be more stoked! My friends and I STILL reference corny SpongeBob jokes every so often.

Despite my enthusiasm, many on Twitter had opposing views. One fan boldly claimed that SpongeBob's original creator would've "hated them."

Wow... talk about a red day...

Everything from stocks, NFTs, crypto, and other assets were down bad yesterday following the labor department's unsettling CPI (consumer price index) data.

According to Benzinga, it was reported this morning that the CPI rose to 8.6%, as opposed to its predicted 8.3%.

This is not to mention that we have a rate hike scheduled for next week.

While Bitcoin is still above its $29,400 level, other coins are suffering.

To that, I say, pray for ETH.

Anonymous NFT influencer/collector/creator, sartoshi, announces "end of sartoshi" NFT and then deactivates his Twitter.

Many ask me why I hate meme projects...this is fucking why.

Sartoshi, the man behind mfers - a project with zero utility, lazy art, and an undoxxed founder. I don't get why projects like this get so much praise.

If projects like this continue to get praise, adoption will never come. How do we convince the unknowing beginners that NFTs are more than just "jpegs" when projects like mfers and goblintown completely contradict that.

"No roadmap, just vibes."

"Under promise, over deliver."

Get that bullshit out of here.

Don't get me wrong, I love that creators/artists have begun to use web3 and NFTs as an outlet for monetization through art, music, and other forms of expressive content. Yet, there's a difference, an obvious one at that, between art and a cash grab.

Nevertheless, Sartoshi is a multi-millionaire, and I'm not. He obviously did something right, while in my mind, unethical; it doesn't take away from the fact that he's rolling in dough.

I might get some hate for this and maybe even some unsubs.

But, this is my newsletter, and I'm going to speak my mind.
