Top Open Sea Projects:

OpenSea soon to accept card:

Yesterday, the popular crypto exchange MoonPay announced its partnership with OpenSea to offer cards as payment for NFTs.

In my opinion, this can be seen as both a good thing and a bad thing.

A good thing:

  • Ease the complication of buying NFTs

  • Promote mainstream adoption

  • Reduce wallet fees

A bad thing:

  • It may drive people in the space to buy NFTs who don't fully understand what their investing in (which is a lot more apparent than you may think).

  • It does not promote a decentralized future.

  • Crypto volume may decline.

No official release date has been given for when the integration will be available.

All-in-all, I'm excited about the new integration. I may have been quick to criticize, considering the specifics have yet to be released.

Nevertheless, we'll keep you updated when we find out more!

Picture perfect break and retest:

Two Days Ago:

Yesterday:

Yesterday's crypto-wide break and retest worked phenomenally, as per the before and after charts.

There's not much to say aside than to strap in; these indications all look incredibly bullish.

Not to mention the S&P 500 (a stock ETF used by many traders to judge the current market sediment) is also undergoing a visually similar retest of its own.

I can't wait to see where we continue to go from here!

Note: Despite my upbeat, positive bullish analysis, a successful retest is by no means guaranteed to occur. I'm not a financial advisor, and this is not an indication by me to buy any of the assets listed.

BAYC discord hacked and looted:

Yesterday at around 1 AM EST, hackers infiltrated the BAYC discord and numerous other projects through what seems to be an exploit found within a webhook ticket bot.

For those unaware, a webhook is essentially a tool used by applications to send real-time data from one to another. Webhooks are generally utilized through application API and, in this case, discord bots.

A hacker discovered a glitch that allowed users to bypass/remove their restrictive permissions through the ticket bot's latest version. Via the abused exploit, the hacker was able to post scam links throughout the discord's announcement channels.

Unfortunately, MAYC #8662 owner became the latest victim.

As someone who writes these newsletters to educate and inform, I feel it's my responsibility to continue advocating for the use of a hardware wallet. Hackers/Scammers will continue to construct clever ways to steal your hard-earned assets. Considering we all spend ungodly amounts of money on NFTs, an $80 hardware wallet is nothing compared to the safety and assurance it provides.

I recommend Ledger for those who don't already have a hardware wallet.

Secure your assets here!
