⚔️ Zagabond/Azuki's aftermath...

📈 Quad bottom?

🌊 A new wave of NFTs is on the rise!

👟 A full week of Step'n...

Trending OpenSea collections:

Azuki's founder is under heat:

Azuki

Yesterday, Zagabond (Azuki's founder) admitted his wrongdoings in a thread titled "I f**ked up."

For those who didn't read yesterday's newsletter, here's a quick snippet providing a rundown:

"Zagabond revealed in a mirror article that he was the founder to three of the most controversial past NFT projects, which include:

  • CryptoPhunks

  • Tendies

  • CryptoZunks

Little did Zagabond know that this publication would potentially tear his reputation to shreds."

As a direct result, fud (fear, uncertainty, and doubt) has wholly destroyed Azuki's reputation and floor price.

In response, Zagabond wrote a thread; here's the 30-second rundown:

  • Expressed regret about how he handled his past projects

  • Transferring ownership of past projects to their respective communities

  • Details to be announced ASAP

  • Reassurance that Azuki will continue to be his main focus and project progression will proceed.

Original thread here:

As mentioned previously, prevalent web3 figure Andrew Wang interviewed Zagabond to better understand his current perspective. Wang asked some tough questions, and for the situation, he was in, Zagabond had some decent responses.

Nevertheless, everything rumored was confirmed, and Zagabond had officially dug himself in too deep.

For those who aren't looking to listen to the hour and forty-five-minute space, I found a fantastic thread summarizing the questions asked and answers provided:

I would LOVE to get everyone's take on this. Don't be afraid to shoot me a message or reply to one of my recent tweets!

Personally, I think Zagabond should step down as a founder for the sake of Azuki's future. No one wants to hold on to a project with a fuddy founder!

Quad Bottom?

BTC - Webull

Bitcoin seems to be flattening out at around $30,000.

It's hard to assume that this support isn't the effect of a dead cat bounce.

For those unaware, a dead cat bounce is a

"...temporary, short-lived recovery of asset prices from a prolonged decline or a bear market that is followed by the continuation of the downtrend. Frequently, downtrends are interrupted by brief periods of recovery—or small rallies—during which prices temporarily rise."

- Investopedia.

Things are pointing down, yet you never know...

A new meta of NFTs?

3L-Biomes #3198

As a proud owner of a 3Lander, I was recently given access to mint a 3L-Biome (as seen above).

While the NFT's utility has yet to be revealed, the dimensions of have been perfectly sized to fit as a Twitter banner! I was amazed at the thought that no one had done something like this; to me, it seemed like a fantastic opportunity.

After five minutes of research, I was quickly humbled to be met with several banner projects.

How did I never hear about this? Nevertheless, it appears that PFBs are on the rise!

Projects to lookout for include:

  • MidnightBreeze

  • Nekomura

  • Ethereal States

Thinking about writing more in-depth on the topic, let me know your opinion:

A "full" week of Step'n:

In all honesty, it's actually been nine days since I started. On days when I opt to skip the newsletter, I don't document my walks.

Soooo, it's more like a full (documented) week of Step'n!

While short, the walks have become a daily part of my routine now, and it's been great! Even after only ten minutes, the cool air acts as a reset button after staring at a screen for hours on end.

Not to mention... I'M GETTING PAID!

I might invest in another in SOL is so low...
